especially if they are feeling too queasy. Avoid milk, fruit juices and carbonated
drinks.
- Avoid solid foods till their stomach settles. You can then slowly start them off with
bland foods like toast, crackers, cooked rice or bananas.

comfort.
- Sipping on chamomile tea or ginger tea can also help soothe mild stomach
discomfort.
